Biography
Elisabetta Lattanzio Illy was born in Trieste in 1966. She graduated in International Economy at the University of Trieste in 1990. In 1991 she married Andrea Illy, the current President and CEO of illycaffè SpA. They have three children. She has been working as a journalist since 1999, writing regularly for BMM (a quarterly magazine on culture and lifestyle), Monsieur, Spirito Divino and I viaggi del Sole (a monthly supplement of Il Sole 24 Ore).
