Course program
From the 3rd to the 7th of September Università del Caffè will be present at Festivaletteratura - Mantova offering 4 coffee themed tasting classes held daily.
The classes will trace a journey, starting from espresso, traveling through tastes and flavors, hot and cold drinks, classic and unexpected recipes, exploring the infinite possibilities of coffee throughout the day.
Program:
11:00 am - A MORNING RITUAL: DIGRESSIONS ON THE THEME OF COFFEE
Three ideas of coffee, three suggestions on how to start the day; three recipes to explore unknown territories of taste starting from Cappuccino, the great italian classic, to its iced version and finishing with Espresso embrace, a coffee with intriguing and exotic notes.
During the course there will be a tasting session of Iced cappuccino.
2:00 pm - COFFEE AFTER LUNCH: SMALL, SWEET TEMPTATIONS
Tiramisu espresso, Iced espresso shakerato or Hot marocchino: which way would you prefer to finish your lunch and kick off the afternoon? Three indulgences that combine the intellectual pleasure of coffee to the joys of dessert.
During the course there will be a tasting session of Tiramisu espresso.
6:00 pm - COCKTAIL HOUR: COFFEE AND CREATIVITY
An appointment with friends, before dinner, far away from work commitments: the ideal moment to open up to the opportunities of the evening. Three recipes reveal an unknown side of coffee, maybe the most sursprising one. With recipes such as Coffee mojito, Espresso frappè and Coconuts, the aromatic intensity of an espresso shows its incredible versatility.
During the course there will be a tasting session of Coconuts.
7:30 pm - EVENING: COFFEE TIME-OUT
Exciting and aromatic, coffee can become the ingredient of intriguing evening cocktails. a mix of energy and taste that, wisely combined , reveales the eclectic nature and the many sides of an espresso. Iced greek espresso and two alcaholic preparations, Moko and Francis, will satisfy your thirst of...curiosity.
During the course there will be a tasting session of Moko.

On the 3rd of September it will be possible to participate only to the 6.00 pm and 7.30 pm courses;
On the 7th of September it will be possible to participate only to the 11.00 am and 2.00 pm courses.
