Gain a deeper understanding of the flavours, aromas and tastes of coffee preparations, learn the techniques to make classic, surprising, and innovative coffee recipes. Everything you need to create fantastic recipes that all start with a cup of coffee, and then to enjoy at home!

Around the world, coffee can be enjoyed in many different ways: every culture has its preferred way of preparing it, with their own habits, customs and traditions. The Master Baristas of the Università del Caffè reveal the preparation techniques of the most widely consumed coffee-based drinks and explain exactly how to make them, also at home.

Coffee can also be an ingredient in many delicious recipes, from the most famous classics in the world, such as cappuccino, to more surprising ones such as chilled coffee drinks.
